**Chelsea have set firm asking prices for three first-team players, according to reports.**
Enzo Fernandez, Malo Gusto and Trevoh Chalobah all played close to 50 games in all competitions for the Blues last season.
However, [_The Athletic_](https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/7403715/2026/06/30/premier-league-transfer-news-latest) claim that the trio will be sold over the coming weeks if their valuations are met.
Fernandez is on the market for £120m, but at the moment, there is no indication that any team is willing to pay that amount.
Real Madrid are the most interested, with manager Jose Mourinho said to prefer a move for the Argentinian international ahead of other midfield targets, but the La Liga giants have not made a formal approach.
Manchester City are believed to be keen on Gusto, but he is on the market for £75m, and Enzo Maresca’s team are not currently willing to match the French fullback’s asking price.
Chalobah has been the subject of several bids from Como, but the Italian side have yet to match the Blues’ valuation, which is believed to be close to £35m.
Are Chelsea looking to sell any other players?
----------------------------------------------
While Fernandez, Gusto and Chalobah could potentially bring in the most money, other members of the first-team squad could also be offloaded.
Tyrique George looks set to join Everton on a permanent basis, with talks thought to be advancing. Filip Jorgensen will be sold if a buyer can be found, while Andrey Santos and [**Benoit Badiashile**](https://chelseanews.com/blog/chelsea-transfer-news-wesley-fofana-trevoh-chalobah-tosin-adarabioyo-benoit-badiashile/) are also on the chopping block.
A couple of strikers could also be heading for the door. Marc Guiu and one of either Liam Delap or Nicolas Jackson could depart over the coming days and weeks.
It seems that the perpetual turnover with players coming and going under the Clearlake Capital-Boehly ownership is set to continue at a pace this summer.
