Eli Junior Kroupi was one of the breakout stars of the Premier League season just gone, and according to Phillips Chelsea have made “agent contact” with his representatives to sound out a deal. The 20 year old is seen as the “perfect profile” for the hybrid attacking role the club are looking to fill.
He would be insanely expensive – but then again, Rogers is going to cost us over £100m if we buy him. Kroupi might turn out cheaper. This one is still very distant, but the whispers have begun.
