Real Madrid could sell Aurelien Tchouameni this summer, and Chelsea are one club who are thought to be interested in the midfielder.
In May, it was claimed that Chelsea are keen on Tchouameni and are open to doing some kind of deal that would involve Enzo Fernandez moving in the opposite direction.
Fernandez is a top target for Real Madrid, and it looks like they could very well be open to sacrificing Tchouameni to make room for the Argentine.

Real Madrid fear Aurelien Tchouameni has already peaked
According to Defensa Central, some at Real Madrid believe Tchouameni has already reached his peak. As a result, they could be willing to sell him for €80m (£68.8m).
However, it is thought that Jose Mourinho will be the one who decides the Frenchman’s future.
Xabi Alonso is very likely to welcome Tchouameni to Stamford Bridge. He has managed him before and is in the market for a new midfielder.
Chelsea are actively pursuing Granit Xhaka, but Sunderland have so far been unwilling to entertain the Blues’ advances.

That could change if Chelsea make a higher bid, with their initial £8m offer being deemed as insulting.
Aurelien Tchouameni can still reach another level
Not too many football fans will agree with Real Madrid’s view of Tchouameni. The France international is considered one of the best midfielders in the world and is still 26.
It means that he has time to improve and probably has not peaked yet. In new surroundings and playing in a different league, there is no reason why Tchouameni cannot continue learning and growing.
It would be great if Chelsea could offer that environment to the former AS Monaco man, but you suspect that they will not be the first team on his list if he does have to leave the Santiago Bernabeu.
Chelsea finished 10th last season and are without Champions League football. They could struggle to convince Tchouameni to move to Stamford Bridge.
