Liverpool are facing a crucial summer transfer window as manager Andoni Iraola embarks on his tenure at Anfield. The Reds suffered a disappointing fifth-place finish last term and will be eager to launch a genuine title bid once again.
New boss Iraola has moved swiftly in the market, with the club having already secured a deal for Osasuna winger Victor Munoz. Significant focus has been placed on the squad's attacking wide areas, as Liverpool prepare for life without Mohamed Salah, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Paris Saint-Germain's Bradley Barcola represents another wide option who has been linked with a high-profile move to Anfield. The 23 year old played a significant role in the PSG side that claimed Ligue 1 and defended the Champions League crown last term. PSG are understood to have made their stance abundantly clear regarding any potential exit for the forward. Here's a look at the latest transfer developments...
Barcola transfer update
Liverpool have been repeatedly linked with Barcola throughout the summer window. Nevertheless, the PSG winger remains emphatically not for sale, despite continued speculation surrounding his future.
According to The Athletic, PSG face no financial imperative to sell Barcola, who registered 13 goals and seven assists over the course of last season. The winger is reportedly reluctant to commit to fresh terms, despite having two years left on his current deal, due to uncertainty over guaranteed playing time.
PSG are believed to value him at over $153 million, matching the fee Manchester City have settled with Nottingham Forest for Elliot Anderson. Barcola made the move to PSG from Lyon in 2023.

Diomande breaks silence
Yan Diomande has openly admitted he anticipates departing RB Leipzig during the summer window. The £112m-rated winger is said to prefer a switch to PSG over Liverpool, and the 19 year old has addressed speculation surrounding his next destination.

"First of all, like I said, my dream is playing for my country and making history with my country," he stated prior to the Ivory Coast's round of 32 fixture against Norway. "I don't have Instagram anymore, I don't have TikTok, so I can't see anything but I expect to leave [RB Leipzig] of course.
"I have an agent who's going to manage the rest, but for me the most important thing right now is focusing on the World Cup with my country and making history with them."
Diomande's rise has been nothing short of extraordinary, having made the move to Leipzig from Leganes last summer. He netted 13 goals and laid on 10 assists across 36 appearances for the Bundesliga club.
