Tottenham Hotspur‘s Manor Solomon doesn’t seem to be able to go a day without giving an interview at the moment.
On June 5th, he said the social media post thanking Fiorentina fans wasn’t a goodbye to the Serie A side. The forward spent the second half of last season on loan with La Viola, who didn’t make his stay permanent.
Last week, Solomon gave another interview to discuss his failed moves to Crystal Palace and Leeds United in 2025.
The Israel international will return to Spurs, where his future remains uncertain. He had previously played under Roberto De Zerbi at Shakhtar Donetsk.
It appears like he’s on a media tour as another interview has popped up. Earlier today, the 26-year-old said he’s been in regular contact with De Zerbi and the manager appreciates him.
Spurs man on Barcelona dream
Manor Solomon was a guest on podcast Kick Tok, and Sport1 have relayed his comments.
When asked about his dream club, the Tottenham Hotspur player talked about the La Liga winners.
“If you’d asked me as a kid, and I never thought it was realistic, I was a Barcelona fan. If someone had asked me where I’d most like to play, I wouldn’t have said Barcelona,” he said.
“Even as a kid I understood that it was very, very difficult. I said at the time that if they told me there was one team I could just press a button and play for, it would be Barca.”

Manor Solomon, who’s had spells in England with Fulham, Spurs and Leeds United, won’t be getting a Barcelona chance.
His aspirations have changed over the years, and Barca are no longer his ‘ultimate goal’.
“When I was in England, that was no longer my goal. I wouldn’t say no to Barcelona, right? Everyone wants to play for Barcelona, but it was no longer my ultimate goal. I felt that I wanted to continue in England,” Solomon explained.
