Salford City set to sign Liverpool goalkeeper

Liverpool have endured a frustrating start to the summer transfer window, but there was some positive news this week as Jeremy Jacquet’s move to Anfield was officially confirmed.

The French defender agreed his transfer in January and is expected to play a significant role next season following Ibrahima Konate’s departure.

Osasuna forward Victor Munoz has also arrived, but Liverpool have so far been frustrated in their pursuit of attacking reinforcements. Yan Diomande was a leading target, but if the RB Leipzig forward leaves this summer, he is expected to join PSG.
