It's been a busy week even by Manchester City's standards. The club confirmed the appointment of Enzo Maresca as head coach on Monday, with the Italian signing a three-year deal, and confirmation of Elliot Anderson's move to the Etihad arrived just a few days later.
Anderson won't join up with his new teammates until later in the summer as he continues to focus on England's push for World Cup glory before taking a well-earned break ahead of the new season. The midfielder could make his City debut against Arsenal in the Community Shield on August 16.
