Como are ready to make a new offer for Trevoh Chalobah after the €28m plus €2m add-ons was rejected by Chelsea, as the fight with Inter goes on.
The two clubs have been competing for several different transfer targets this summer and Chalobah is the latest in this tug of war.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Como had made the opening offer at €25m plus €2m in bonuses, rejected because Chelsea are asking for €30m plus €5m add-ons.
A second bid was improved to €28m plus €2m add-ons, but again turned down.
Inter are considered the favourites, even though Italian media suggest they have not yet made a formal proposal to the Stamford Bridge side.
However, Calciomercato and Sky Sport Italia now suggest Como are preparing a new bid for Chalobah that should get them closer to the price tag.
This could be a problem for Inter, who seem to be working primarily on convincing the player first, and then entering talks with Chelsea.
