Middlesbrough could bank a record £26 million sell-on fee, as Aston Villa set their asking price for Morgan Rogers.
Boro have only recently received £17m for the sale of Hayden Hackney to Everton. They received another seven-figure fee after Djed Spence started his second England game at the World Cup.
But Boro could be in for further profit if Villa do end up selling Rogers, who is wanted by Arsenal and Chelsea among others. They have a 20% future sell-on clause.
It's champions Arsenal who are said to be leading the race, however, with Mikel Arteta keen to strengthen after their defeat to PSG in the Champions League final.
Reports suggest the Gunners have made 'good progress' in negotiations with Rogers' representatives, as they hope to convince him on a move to the Emirates after the World Cup.
However, they will have more work to do to convince Villa to sell. They are said to be reluctant to lose their star man and have therefore set the huge asking price on the forward.
Key to their £130m valuation is said to be Elliot Anderson's move to Manchester City this summer, and their belief that Rogers has a higher market value.

Boro are monitoring the situation closely and will certainly hope Villa get their fee, or at least close to it.
They were already expected to get a record sell-on fee from the sale of Rogers, based on the early expectation it would take somewhere between £80-100m to prise him away from Villa Park.
But if Villa manage to get the £130m they're currently said to be demanding then Boro would receive 20% of that - a very nice £26m.
That would be even more than the £25m that the overall Hackney deal is worth. But Boro have inserted a similar clause in the Hackney deal with Everton too.
