The 16-year-old defender, who captains Scotland's under-16 team, rejected a new deal from Celtic to join the Premier League giants.
Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano said: "Liverpool have sealed deal to sign Scotland U16 captain Dara Jikiemi from Celtic, here we go!
"Jikiemi has signed paperwork on Sunday to join #LFC on a 5-year contract."
Celtic will receive training compensation for the player, but this will be less because it is a cross-border transfer.

Jikiemi reportedly turned down offers from other clubs, including Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United, to join the Reds.
He will follow in the footsteps of Ben Gannon-Doak, another young player who moved from Celtic to Liverpool in 2022.
Several promising players have left Celtic Park for English football in recent years, including Rory Mahady, Daniel Cummings, and Aidan Borland.
Before these moves, Celtic lost players like Liam Morrison and Barry Hepburn to Bayern Munich.
The trend of young talents leaving the club continues with Jikiemi's latest move.
Liverpool fans will be eager to see how the young defender develops at Anfield.
