Our writer Simon Phillips has been reporting on his Substack that Chelsea could look to sign Alex Scott from Bournemouth.
The midfielder had a real breakout season in the Premier League – he was a relative unknown a year ago and is now being linked to all the top clubs. Phillips says that Bournemouth want to keep him and have offered him a new contract, so it won’t be easy. But Chelsea “have really liked Scott for a while now.”
