Following feedback from supporters, a ‘loyalty points’ system will now be in place for away tickets for the 2026/27 season.
Supporters on the ticketing system who have away ticket purchases registered to their account from last season (2025/26) will soon see Blues Bonus Points on their accounts.
The points at the moment are allocated purely against ticket purchases for last season’s away matches. Of course, only matches sold through the club’s own system will generate points. Each match will allocate ten points. A further ten points will be added for each away game this season. Any away matches where the tickets have been sold through the host club are not able to contribute as CFC do not have access to the data.
When we sell tickets for away matches going forward, the club may specify a minimum number of Blues Bonus Points for each sales period.
It is likely that an initial 50 points will guarantee the opportunity to buy tickets for all away games.
Where supporters have bought face-to-face because the purchases include carer/personal assistant tickets, this process will continue without change.
