Outgoing Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Pierce Charles could reportedly find himself back in the Championship
Sheffield Wednesday goalkeeper Pierce Charles has not yet been unveiled by Manchester City - but is already being linked with a loan move away from the Etihad Stadium.
He is reportedly undergoing a medical having agreed to step up to Premier League level and join Enzo Maresca’s squad.

QPR linked with outgoing Sheffield Wednesday star
According to Mail Online, Championship outfit Queens Park Rangers are keen to take Charles on loan from Manchester City if the deal is completed.
Charles impressed between the sticks for Wednesday last season, showing he is more than capable of playing at Championship level.
However, it remains to be seen whether Manchester City are open to sanctioning a temporary exit for the Northern Ireland international.
James Trafford is being linked with a move away from the Premier League giants and an exit for the England international could make Manchester City reluctant to part with Charles.
Last month, Wednesday legend Chris Waddle told The Yorkshire Post: “Whether he'll get in that [Manchester City] team, I don't know, with [Gianluigi] Donnarumma there I don't see it. Whether they're going to offload a goalie, I don't know. The only benefit with Wednesday would be if the bids are successful, they might be able to get him on a year loan.”
