The summer transfer window is well and truly open, with plenty of high-profile deals already completed across the Premier League.

Liverpool are among the clubs to have made an early move, with Spanish winger Victor Munoz becoming manager Andoni Iraola’s first signing in a £34.5million deal.

However, that remains the club’s only major piece of business so far, despite being linked with several targets in recent weeks.

Mexico star Gilberto Mora has emerged as a reported target, while speculation continues over a potential move for Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola.

A deal for RB Leipzig star Yan Diomande appears to have fallen through after reports claimed the player prefers a move to PSG.

Meanwhile, names such as Eduardo Camavinga, Said El Mala, Ayyoub Bouaddi and Antonio Nusa have all been linked with a switch to Anfield.

As Iraola assesses his squad ahead of the new season, Liverpool are also expected to make decisions on potential departures, with Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott among those linked with moves away.

The Reds have also been strongly linked with Leicester City youngster Darren Motsi, who has decided to leave the club.

The 15-year-old midfielder featured for Leicester’s Under-21 side last season, scoring three goals and providing two assists in 19 appearances. In Premier League 2, Motsi also recorded three goals and two assists in 11 matches.

Reports suggested the teenager had chosen Liverpool as his next destination, but according to Talent ID Hub, Tottenham Hotspur have entered the race and could attempt to hijack the move.

Tottenham have made a statement of intent this summer by completing the £52million signing of defender Jan Paul van Hecke from Brighton.

That was only the beginning of their spending spree, with Mateus Fernandes arriving from relegated West Ham in a club-record £85million deal. However, that fee was quickly surpassed after Sandro Tonali joined from Newcastle in a £100million move.

Spurs’ summer spending has now reached a staggering £237million, making them the Premier League’s biggest spenders so far.

That figure does not include several smart additions, with free agents Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Martin Dubravka also arriving at the club.

Tottenham’s recruitment drive shows no signs of slowing down as they continue to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.
