Tonight will see England go up against Norway in the quarter final of the FIFA 2026 World Cup and while they can of course expect the entire country to be supporting them here at home, they will also have the support of their families and loved ones on the pitch sidelines.
And one of the WAGS we are super obsessed with right now, is Lauren Fryer, the long-time partner of Declan Rice. The pair have been dating since they were teenagers and have one son together.

How did Lauren and Declan meet?
Lauren and Declan have been dating since they were teenagers, having met at school while growing up in a similar area.
Despite having been together for a decade now, the pair prefer to stay out of the spotlight, but have on occasion been spotted out together, including trips to Reading festival, holidays in Ibiza and dinners in the Shard.

Over the years Declan has kept their relationship pretty private but once joked about his closeness with friend and fellow footballer Mason Mount, and how Lauren was worried abotu their closeness.
"My missus is quite worried. I’m genuinely being serious. She’s quite worried," he told The Sun in 2019. "Oh she’s just always: ‘You two . . . you love him more than you love me’. Honestly. We just get it in the neck all the time. But they need to understand the friendship."
How many children do Declan and Lauren have together?
Lauren and Declan have one son together, called Jude, who will be turning four in August next month. Declan has a tattoo of Jude's name on his arm, not to be confused of course with his teammate Jude Bellingham.
Lauren and Jude are both out in the US right now for the FIFA World Cup to support Declan during the England games.
Does Lauren have social media?
Throughout her relationship with Declan, Lauren has remained pretty private and in 2024 she completely wiped her Instagram after being viciously trolled online.
Following the vile trolling Declan issued a statement defending his partner, saying: "Lauren is the love of my life, and there is no one better for me."
Lauren has an Instagram account however she does not appear to post on it.
Lauren appears to be well-liked by her fellow WAGS, including former Love Island winner Dani Dyer, who is married former England player Jarrod Bowen, who has previously said about Lauren: "She is a really good mum, who keeps to herself. She's Dec's childhood sweetheart and you can see how much he adores her."
