According to Diario Sport, Fort’s “absolute priority” is to stay at Barcelona and he’s hoping he can impress Hansi Flick during pre-season.
There has been some interest in Fort over the summer, but it seems Flick will take a check on him during pre-season before making a final decision.
Fort can play on both sides of the defence but Barcelona do have options on the two flanks with Jules Kounde, Eric Garcia and Alejandro Balde around. X
avi Espart is also hoping to be part of the first-team squad, while Barca are expected to bring in Joao Cancelo on a permanent deal.
