Erling Haaland made his feelings clear about England following Norway's 2-1 defeat to the Three Lions at the 2026 World Cup.
Norway, who had never got to the quarter-finals in a World Cup before, were considered the underdogs in their last eight match against England at Miami Stadium.
They took the lead in the first half when Andreas Schjelderup's cross deceived Jordan Pickford and found the back of the net via the post.
England battled back and restored parity when Jude Bellingham drove through Norway's defence and found the bottom corner with a fierce left-footed strike.
The match went to extra-time, and it was England who would emerge victorious thanks to Bellingham's 93rd minute winner.

Norway's star player, Haaland, enjoyed a stunning tournament. He scored seven times in five matches as his side went further in a World Cup than they ever have before.
He was unable to make too much of an impact in their quarter-final defeat to England, though. He was eventually subbed off in extra-time and watched on as his side crashed out of the competition.
After the match, Haaland vented his frustration at the officials for some of the calls they made, including their decision to penalise him for a push on Elliot Anderson, which wiped out a Norway goal.
He was also asked whether he wanted England to go all the way and his classy response has gone viral. He said: "Yeah, why not - I have a few City lads in England, in France and with Spain.
“Of course, I want England to do well - I think I got an England jersey before a Norway jersey when I was young. So of course, I want England to do well because it’s a nice country and a nice t-shirt.
Haaland's answer has gone down on Reddit. One fan said: "He’s so likable I love him! An absolute class act", while another commented: "One of the most likable players out there."
A third said: "He’s impossible to actually hate, as much as I’d like to. Class striker and a class man," while a fourth stated: "You can’t make me hate this guy."
Haaland's comments about England are in stark contrast to those made by his father, Alfie. Taking to social media, Alfie said 'well done to the referee', before adding that England were 'saved by the referee' and that Norway were' robbed'.

Haaland also spoke very highly of his former Borussia Dortmund teammate, Bellingham, after the match. He said, per the Sun:
“Jude is a good friend. We had two good years together in Dortmund, we keep in touch and he’s such a good guy. We had so much fun together.
“I’m not surprised that he scored two goals and performs the way he does. The only thing is that sometimes he gets a bit too much criticism because he doesn’t score enough goals or whatever.
“He doesn’t deserve that because he’s one of the best in the world and he’s a midfielder who still scores goals and he still managed to dribble past every single player on the field.
“So it’s just praise for Jude. He’s unbelievable. England and Real Madrid are lucky because everybody would want a Jude in their team.”
England will face Argentina for a place in the World Cup final on Wednesday July 15.
