Mohamed Salah has experienced quite the 12 months following his surprising departure from Liverpool after nine years and Egypt's recent World Cup exit at the hands of Argentina - yet his spirits remain high.
In footage shared on Reddit, Salah can be seen singing and celebrating back in Egypt with the national squad - clearly undeterred by the challenging period. The 34-year-old midfielder appears relaxed with a beverage in hand amidst a bustling crowd, surrounded by supporters as Egyptian music plays loudly in the background.
Social media commenters were swift to share their opinions, with many commending him for maintaining such a positive outlook despite recent setbacks.
One user commented: "Bro is vibing and I love that for him," while another remarked: "Respect to Salah. The only one, I believe, that took that loss graciously."
Salah brought his Liverpool tenure to a close at the conclusion of last season following a successful spell that saw the club secure eight major honours, including two Premier League crowns and the Champions League.
The midfielder reached an arrangement with the club to end his £400,000-a-week deal 12 months early, allowing him to pursue fresh opportunities this summer.
Salah has yet to reveal his next destination following his nearly decade-long spell with The Reds, though according to reports, Al-Ahli could present a realistic possibility for the Egyptian international.
Sky Sports reports the Saudi Pro League outfit have made preliminary contact with Salah in a bid to explore his wage expectations. Al-Ahli, who claimed third place in the Saudi Pro League last season, are seeking to bring in an attacking reinforcement this summer following the mutual termination of Riyad Mahrez's contract.
Back in May, Salah declared he had "a lot of options" at his disposal following his departure from Liverpool, telling TNT Sports: "Honestly, physically I feel I have a lot to give.

"I feel very good, I played many games this season, plus the Africa cup. I didn't decide yet what I'm going to do, to be fair, I have a lot of options, which are good options.

"The most important thing is, physically I feel fine, I feel what I did over the years paid off. I feel my body is good.
"I was laughing with the players in the national team because I run more than them, I told them 33-years-old, running 120 minutes more than you guys! But I feel very good, physically I'm fine. I will see what's the best for me."
