Steven Gerrard's granddaughter Lila Grey has turned one today. The Liverpool legend's daughter Lilly has been flooded with love and support as she shared some adorable snaps to mark her daughter's first birthday.
The 22-year-old regularly updates her followers on what life looks like has a new mum. She has shared glimpses into life in the Gerrard household from the moment she gave birth to major milestones with her beautiful daughter Lila. In a recent post, Lilly shared a reel, featuring clips from the past 12 months with her newborn.
The video including clips as she brought Lila home from hospital, having her first bath as well as her laughing and giggling and wearing a Liverpool FC kit.
She added a caption with a sweet message which read: "Happy birthday to my beautiful Lila Grey, I can’t believe you’re one already.
"Thank you for the best year of my life, you’ve brought us so much love and happiness. I feel so lucky to be your mum and I can’t wait to watch you grow and make the best memories with you.
"Hope you have the most special day, love you more than anything."
Jamie Carragher's daughter Mia took to the comments, she said: "Adorable happy birthday."
Fans also rushed to send their love, one said: "The cutest [heart eyes emoji] happy 1st birthday beautiful Lila have the best day x." A second said: "Happy birthday gorgeous girl" and a third wrote: "Happy 1st Birthday Sweet Lila. Have the most cutest day."
Another added: "Happy 1st birthday. Have a lovely day. I can't believe she is one already."

The post was liked by thousands of followers, including Lilly's sister Lexie, and Curtis Jones' partner Saffie Khan.
Lilly also shared a photo inside their home to her Instagram story. The room had a gorgeous set up filled with pink balloons, a pile of presents wrapped in pink paper as well as a hot pink car with a "Lila 8" registration plate.
There was also a white banner with a pink polka dot pattern. It said: "Lila Grey is one", placed next to a "Minnie Mouse" themed cake.
Lilly announced the news she had given birth last year when she shared a photo of her partner Lee Byrne leaving the hospital with their baby girl. The new mum said: "2 becomes 3".
Lilly has continued a special family tradition with the name of her baby girl, Lila Grey. The adorable name keeps with a theme of naming the Gerrard children with an "L" initial.
Gerrard was sent a congratulations message from Liverpool after Lila was born, containing a gift for the baby.
The message read: "Dear Steven and family, congratulations on the arrival of baby Lila Grey. With love and best wishes from all at Liverpool Football Club xx."
