**Lisa Baum** has signed permanently for **Arsenal** from **RB Leipzig**.
Though only **19**, the winger has earned several years of valuable experience on the continent.
From Hamburg to the Bundesliga

She signed her first professional contract in the summer of **2022** with **Hamburg**, who have enjoyed a rapid rise through the ranks of the women's game in Germany. She made **68 appearances** and registered **21 assists** across three seasons, helping the side go from the third to the first division.
Those contributions also attracted the interest of Leipzig, who would give Baum her first taste of **Bundesliga** football. She netted **six goals across 26 appearances** in all competitions with the club.
The media reported that Baum had gained many admirers, and now **North London** is her new home.
What will Baum bring to Arsenal's squad?

In a summer of squad renewal, Arsenal allowed **Beth Mead** to move on to **Manchester City** at the end of the 2025/26 season. The arrival of the 19-year-old is a welcome addition to the offensive roster.
