The Los Angeles Rams are widely viewed as the NFL's best team ahead of the 2026 season. LA pulled off a huge trade for Myles Garrett back in June and Aaron Donald could soon be joining him. The Rams are loaded at almost every position on the roster, which includes boasting two of the league's best wide receivers.
ESPN's Jeremy Fowler released a list of the best wide receivers in the NFL on Wednesday. It is a continuation of ESPN's annual tradition, where scouts, coaches, and executives from around the NFL weigh in.
The Rams were well represented on the list, with both Puka Nacua and Davante Adams making the cut. Puka came in fourth place, with Adams barely making it at 10th place.
“The only top-10 receiver in his 30s, Adams secured the last spot on the list despite producing his lowest receiving yardage total (789) since 2015,” Fowler wrote. “But look what he did for Matthew Stafford. The two had an easy connection on go balls and back-shoulder throws. Stafford threw 14 touchdowns to Adams on his way to the MVP award.”
Adams received at least one sixth-place vote, but also went unranked on some ballots too. He finished as an honorable mention in 2025.
One NFL executive explained that the finer details of Adams' game are what help him succeed into his 30s.

“His instincts and route running are still there even as his athletic traits have declined,” an NFC exec said. “He just knows how to get open.”
Meanwhile, Nacua finished fourth behind Ja'Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Nacua should be extremely motivated ahead of a contract year.
“Strong hands, contact balance, ability to block in the run game, run after the catch, run through the catch, can go get it, can play any spot,” an NFL coordinator said of Nacua, per Fowler. “Complete receiver. Him and Chase are the hardest to tackle.”
It will be exciting to see if the Rams can get back to the Super Bowl during the 2026 season.
