Goalkeeper Remi Lupinski has signed his first professional contract with Arsenal, as reported by the club’s official website.
Lupinski, 17, initially joined Arsenal on scholarship terms last year having previously been at MK Dons’ academy.
Last season Lupinski made ten league appearances for Arsenal U18s, which included keeping clean sheets against West Bromwich Albion and Reading.
The shot-stopper, who is eligible to represent England or Poland, was also named on the bench in the FA Youth Cup last season.
This season Lupinski will be aiming to establish himself as the club’s first-choice goalkeeper at U18 level and also receive callups at higher age groups.
He becomes the latest member of last year’s scholarship intake to progress to professional terms, following on from Brando Bailey-Joseph, Maalik Hashi, Josiah King and Teshaun Murisa.
