The former NFL offensive linemanJasen Esposito has had many opportunities to be around some great athletes during his career, but some of his favorite memories predate his time in the professional ranks. This particular memory was shared by Esposito on July 15 when he talked about the grueling off-season training sessions in Pennsylvania.
In this particular case, age didn’t make a difference and being merciful was not an option when the training was happening

On The Ross Tucker Football Podcast, Esposito talked about the highly competitive, rapid-fire one-on-one training sessions he used to hold with Aaron Rodgers at Rodgers in Pennsylvania.
“We used to get all the high school kids from Wyomissing and we would do like rapid fire one on ones…”

Esposito explained that the sessions brought together younger players and older athletes in nonstop one-on-one battles. There were no concessions because someone was still in high school. The expectation was simple: compete every rep, regardless of who lined up across from you.
The former Bills blocker has found himself at the center of another remarkable story this offseason as well. During the same podcast appearance, Esposito revealed he also served as Taylor Swift’s first bodyguard after her father, Scott Swift, asked him to provide security at one of the singer’s early autograph signings while she was beginning to gain attention on the country music scene.
“Taylor’s starting to build some momentum, gaining popularity… and he (Scott Swift) calls me up. He asks me what I was doing Saturday afternoon… ‘I’m gonna need you to stand by Taylor for an autograph signing.'” (ViaES)
At the time, Swift was still promoting her debut single, “Tim McGraw,” performing at county fairs, local radio events and sporting venues as she tried to build a fanbase.
Standing 6-foot-4 and weighing more than 300 pounds, Esposito was exactly the intimidating presence Scott Swift wanted beside his daughter as crowds around the young artist continued to grow.
