Bukayo Saka’s fiancée Tolami Benson is quickly becoming one of Team England’s most well-known WAGs, thanks to her game day fashion.
“People ask me about football and I’m like, I know the basics. All I know is my man plays well every time,” Benson said in a recent interview with the Sunday Times. Fashion is top of mind as she goes to her fiancée’s games. “I want to look cute, but I’m going to football, I’m not going to wear a gown,” she says. “It’s nice to bring your touch to it instead of just wearing the shirt.”

Benson is from Hertfordshire, telling the Times she is a “born and raised country girl.” She went to Bishop’s Hatfield Girls’ School, and then earned her bachelor’s degree in public relations and media at Birmingham City University.
After graduating, she started to work at PR and advertising firms in London, including Talking Drum Communciations, Publicis Media, and Zenith, according to her LinkedIn.
She also serves as a governor at her old school. “It’s not what people think I do, but when you’re young you should do things like that. Because that’s when you can change things,” she said.
Benson and Saka started dating in 2020.

The couple has never shared how they met; they went public with their relationship in 2022, and Saka proposed in 2025.
“To me he’s just my partner and I know a whole different side to him,” Benson says. “I’m used to people coming up to him, but apart from that we live quite a private life.” They live in a village in Hertfordshire with their dogs, a teacup poodle, Bailey, and a cockapoo, Tucker.
