One starting NFL quarterback is seeing the accusations against him take another turn after more photos were released. The photos in question show cuts and bruises on a woman with her face blurred out.

NFL Quarterback Sees Gruesome Photos Released
Police photos show that Geno Smith left a woman bloodied and bruised following the alleged incident at his Florida mansion last month.
Davie Police Department officers took the pictures on June 21 as they investigated a woman’s claim that Smith touched her during an argument.
There was a bloody scrape on the webbing of the woman’s right hand in three of the images. Bruising was visible on the inside of her left bicep in another picture.
Smith and the woman were fighting over childcare, according to the Davie Police Department report.
Smith, per the report, said he employed the woman in a managerial role and “one of her assigned tasks” was “to occasionally care for his autistic child.” He also stated he and the woman occasionally engaged “in sexual activities; however, in a lighthearted and unserious manner.”
Smith claimed that when the woman returned Smith’s child to his home, a “commotion” occurred on the property, and when he looked into it, he saw the woman leaving with what he believed was his property.

As for the woman, she claimed Smith was the aggressor, grabbing, choking, and hitting her during the heated exchange.
Davie PD investigators wrote in their report that “due to the inability to review surveillance footage, conflicting stories, and lack of independent witnesses,” they were ultimately “unable to determine the primary aggressor in the physical altercation.”
Earlier this month, the case status was changed from “active” to “inactive”.
There have been no public comments about the situation by Smith, who was traded from the Raiders to the Jets this offseason. The images were first posted on Wednesday by TMZ.
