The Buffalo Bills are once again going into 2026 with Super Bowl expectations. Having superstar quarterback Josh Allen under center makes Buffalo a contender every year. This year they’ll have another new face in the wide receiving room.

Bills Add Wide Receiver Before Start Of 2026 Season
As it turns out, a meaningless game at the end of the regular season served as the perfect showcase for the now second-year receiver.
Following the Jets’ release of 2025 un-drafted Kansas pass catcher Quentin Skinner, the Bills claimed him off waivers. In response, the Bills released receiver Deven Thompkins.
Over three seasons, Skinner, 24, put up strong numbers for the Jayhawks, posting 1,584 yards and 11 touchdowns in three seasons as a starter. Additionally, in 2024, he ranked first in yards per catch for the Big 12.

During his NFL career, he has caught only one ball thrown by Brady Cook for 10 yards. In that game, he also caught a two-point conversion.
The Jets released Skinner on Monday for the second time this offseason. The 6-foot-5, 195-pounder runs a 4.52 40-yard dash.
With DJ Moore acquired from the Bears in a trade, the Bills are reshaping their receiver room for the upcoming season.
