Pat McAfee has made a name for himself as one of the most popular NFL media personalities today. He is an analyst on “College GameDay” and the host of ESPN’s sports talk show “The Pat McAfee Show.” The former NFL punter transitioned into broadcasting after his playing career.
McAfee played in the league from 2009 to 2016. The Indianapolis Colts drafted him at No. 222 in the seventh round in 2009. The West Virginia Mountaineers product spent his entire professional career with the franchise, earning two Pro Bowl nods. McAfee has since been known for his no-holds-barred takes and for asking his guests tough questions on his shows.
He has also formed close friendships with former and current players. McAfee was on the guest list for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s wedding onJuly 3, which he attended with his wife, Samantha.

McAfee is also known for wearing what he wants on his shows, as long as he’s comfortable. He often dons a tank top or jerseys during episodes. The 39-year-old admitted on Tuesday that the tuxedo he wore to the Chiefs tight end and pop superstar’s nuptials wasn’t custom-made.
“Nobody will really believe this, my tux? Amazon,” McAfee said. “Six days it got in. Amazon, yeah.”
Reportedlyover 1,000 guests attended the wedding at Madison Square Garden. McAfee confidently posed for photos, and no one thought he wore an outfit from Amazon.
While most guests at the major wedding event spent thousands of dollars to look their best, McAfee, who has a reported net worth of $80 million, decided to take a very different approach.
