Juliet Slot is set to leave her senior Arsenal role after a title-winning season and a period of record commercial and financial growth.
Arsenal’s Chief Commercial Officer, Juliet Slot, is set to step down from her position following a title-winning season and a period of record financial growth away from the pitch.
Arsenal Roundtable understands from Hand of Arsenal that Slot felt this was the right time to leave the senior role, having helped oversee a significant expansion of Arsenal’s commercial operation during more than four years with the club.
Her departure follows Arsenal’s Premier League title win and the release of accounts revealing record revenues of £691 million for the year ending May 2025.
During that period, Arsenal’s commercial revenue climbed from £218.3 million to £263.2 million, with growth seen across partnerships, retail and other areas. The club described their commercial performance as strong across the board when announcing the results.
Slot joined Arsenal in late 2021 after previously holding senior positions at Ascot Racecourse and Fulham. Her remit in North London covered areas including commercial partnerships, marketing, retail, ticketing, hospitality, data and international growth.
During her tenure, Arsenal completed or expanded several of their most high-profile commercial agreements.
The Gunners extended their technical partnership with adidas until 2030 in September 2022. Arsenal did not publish the financial terms, although the agreement has since been widely reported as being worth approximately £75 million per season.
Arsenal also formed a global partnership with Sobha Realty in September 2023. That relationship was later expanded when London Colney was renamed the Sobha Realty Training Centre, the first naming-rights agreement attached to the men’s training ground. Sobha Realty also became a principal partner and the club’s official training-kit sleeve partner.
Slot and her team also added partnerships with Paramount+ and HFM in her final year at the club.
The Paramount+ deal brought player-led promotion, digital campaigns and a presence at Emirates Stadium, while HFM joined as an official global partner in March 2026. Slot welcomed both companies to Arsenal as the agreements were announced.
Slot’s spell at Arsenal has run alongside the club’s return to the summit of English football and major growth behind the scenes.
She leaves behind a commercial platform far stronger than the one she inherited, with record revenues, a broader partnership portfolio and several major deals secured for the future.
Having helped Arsenal reach this position, Slot is expected to end her tenure at a natural high point for the club, both on and off the pitch.
