Arsenal have reached an agreement with Club Brugge for the signing of winger Christos Tzolis.
The Athletic report that Arsenal will pay €40m for the Greece international, with the deal to bring him to the Emirates now being finalised.
It follows the departure of Leandro Trossard, who has joined Besiktas in a permanent deal.
Arsenal are still expected to pursue at least one other attacking signing this summer following the deal to sign Tzolis.
Meanwhile, Tottenham have turned down a bid of £38m from Nottingham Forest for midfielder Lucas Bergvall, as reported by The Telegraph.
Forest are keen on signing the 20-year-old as a replacement for Elliot Anderson, with Bergvall believed to be keen on the move.
Elsewhere, Manchester United will target Crysencio Summerville as a replacement for Marcus Rashford should he depart Old Trafford this summer. The Guardian claim Summerville could be available for as little as £30m.
Tuttosport also claim United are keen on Roma and France midfielder Manu Kone, who is valued at around 60 million euros, and are considering making an offer.
Sassuolo centre-back Tarik Muharemovic is set for his Leeds United medical ahead of a £34m move.
Birmingham Live report that Aston Villa are set to sign Joao Gomes from rivals Wolves. Villa full-back Andres Garcia has moved to Getafe on loan, meanwhile.
And Inter Milan remain in talks for Tottenham full-back Djed Spence, according to Fabrizio Romano.
