Stefon Diggs In Yet Another Legal Battle

A man is suing NFL star Stefon Diggs, alleging that the football player falsely claimed that he stole his Ferrari and attacked him with his friends, according to TMZ.

Stefon asked a judge to put a stop to Nigel King’s lawsuit, according to released court documents. His argument was that the other defendants hadn’t yet been served, so he couldn’t properly defend himself without them.

The lawsuit was filed in Florida court in February against Stefon, Stefon’s brother Darez Diggs, and three of their friends.

In his role as a concierge and consultant, Nigel handled personal matters for high-net-worth clients such as Stefon. Nigel said he handled a lot of the NFL star’s travel, vehicles, and logistics.

Nigel said he arranged for Stefon’s Ferrari to be transported from Miami to New York in July 2024. A third party stole the car in a planned out theft. Police did not charge, cite, or identify Nigel as a suspect.

Despite the incident, Nigel continued to communicate with Stefon socially and professionally without any apparent problems.

It took a turn for the worse in December 2024 when Stefon started falsely accusing him of stealing from friends. His reputation was harmed and he lost clients as a result of the claims.

On several occasions, Nigel claimed Stefon’s team confronted him while he was out. According to the lawsuit, an alleged confrontation took place at Tootsie’s Cabaret in Florida on December 4, 2025.

He alleges Stefon’s friend punched him, which caused him to bleed. Moreover, he said that he had sustained serious permanent injuries as a result of the incident.
