The New Orleans Saints saw another member of their franchise land on the NFL Top 100 list as wide receiver Chris Olave was ranked 64th on the list. This comes after not being on last year’s list. NFL’s Bobby Kownack published the following blurb regarding Olave’s entry on the 2026 NFL Top 100:
“Olave’s 2025 campaign was a story of perseverance. The 26-year-old wide receiver considered retiring after suffering multiple concussions the prior season but instead returned and broke out with the Saints. Olave established new career highs in receptions and receiving yards and nearly doubled his career TD total, from 10 to 19. It was obvious the offense ran through Olave, who vacuumed up a 27.6% target share in the passing operation, but defenses remained powerless to stop him — especially as the team started clicking late. Just consider Olave’s stat line from his final three games: 24 receptions for 352 yards and four scores.”
Chris Olave was on the verge of retirement, but has showcased the ability to be one of the top wide receivers in the game. He was able to have his best statistical season in 2025 as he recorded 100 receptions on 156 targets for 1,163 yards (11.6 yards per catch) with nine touchdowns. With the New Orleans Saints drafting Jordyn Tyson, Bryce Lance, and Barion Brown in this year’s draft, this could make him a significant threat as he climbs up the 2026 NFL Top 100 list.
