Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton has been a star on the team’s defense, but somehow dropped 12 spots to the 63rd spot on the 2026 NFL Top 100. NFL’s Bobby Kownack wrote a blurb about the Ravens All-Pro safety and said the following regarding the star defender:
“Baltimore’s roster lists Hamilton as a safety, but the two-time All-Pro can’t be neatly defined by any one position. Case in point, he lined up at linebacker (268 snaps) and in the slot (249) in 2025 more than he did at either safety spot (228). Hamilton’s PFF defensive grade has never fallen under 86.4 in any of his four seasons. He’s also never been graded lower than 85.7 as a pass rusher or 83.0 in coverage, and he’s now racked up back-to-back years with triple-digit tackles. The 25-year-old is the cream of the crop of hybrid defenders, his versatility the secret sauce to the Ravens’ defensive success.”
Kyle Hamilton is entering his age-25 season, but stepped up in the 2025 season. Hamilton appeared in 16 games and recorded 105 total tackles (59 solo, 46 assists) with seven tackles for loss, four quarterback hits, nine pass deflections, and a pair of forced fumbles. In coverage, he had a 61.4 completion percentage (35-57) with four touchdowns allowed. There are not many defenders who can be a star like Kyle Hamilton has been.
