Victor Munoz will have a big decision to make upon his return from the World Cup.
The 23-year-old winger recently completed a transfer from Osasuna to Liverpool. He's currently preparing to face Argentina in Sunday's World Cup final; Munoz's Spain defeated France in the last four on Tuesday, while Alexis Mac Allister's Argentina beat England in the other semifinal a day later.
Munoz will enjoy a well-earned break after the World Cup, but he'll need to decide on his new shirt number once he returns to training. Fellow new signing Jeremy Jacquet did exactly that on Wednesday, picking the No. 5 vacated by Ibrahima Konate's exit.
Munoz wore the No. 21 at Osasuna last season, but he's unlikely to get that shirt following Kostas Tsimikas' return from Roma.
The Spanish star is currently wearing the No. 25 at the World Cup, but that number belongs to Giorgi Mamardashvili at Liverpool.
If Munoz is feeling ambitious, he could take the No. 11. Yet that would be a bold move, considering it's just been vacated by the great Mohamed Salah. Leaning into comparisons with one of Liverpool's greatest ever players might not be the wisest option.

The No. 13 is up for grabs, although that's usually taken by a goalkeeper.
Perhaps the best option is the No. 16, which hasn't been worn since Marko Grujic's departure at the start of the decade. Munoz would have the chance to make the number his own.
Other options include the No. 23 — made famous by Jamie Carragher — the No. 24, the No. 26, the No. 27 and the No. 29.
There are plenty of jerseys up for grabs in the 30s, and no one has inherited Trent Alexander-Arnold's No. 66 shirt since his move to Real Madrid last year.
Speaking to EFE about his decision to join Liverpool, Munoz said: "The truth is it all happened very quickly, but, well, when an opportunity like this comes along, you just can't let it slip by.

"It's something unique to be able to play there at Anfield, and both me and my family had absolutely no doubts.
"The truth is, it's a chapter for my future that could be really special. I'm really looking forward to it.
"But if I'm honest with you, right now my eyes are completely set on things here (at the World Cup), on trying to get fit as soon as possible."
