2nd Round - Carson Schwesinger
2025 Snaps: 90.62%
He is on course for a second level tender based on snaps but there is a very real chance he will get a Pro Bowl over one of the next two seasons which will move him to level three. The Browns won't mind as they are set to give him a big extension in 2028 if he plays even close to what he did as a rookie.
2nd Round - Quinshon Judkins2025 Snaps: 41.74%
It will be hard for Judkins to make the cut as he will need to play 60% of snaps in both of his next two seasons.
**7th Round - Harold Fannin Jr.**2025 Snaps: 72.58%
Fannin feels like a lock baring injury for the second level tender due to snaps. An origional ballot Pro Bowler seems less likely than Schwesinger due to the compeitition he faces in the division with name recognition.
7th Round - Dillon Gabriel2025 Snaps: 34.35%
He was unlikely not to cross the 35% threshold needed but getting that in either of the next two seasons felt unlikely unless he is on a new team and their starter got an injury.
7th Round - Dylan Sampson2025 Snaps: 22.99%
He could certainly do two years reaching 35% of snaps as a backup running back. He will just need to developing his rushing game as being a receiving back might be a challenge to get that much playing time.
7th Round - Shedeur Sanders
2025 Snaps: 39.52%
I would expect him to achieve this during the season, even if Watson ends up as the starter and he takes over during the year. If he is named the week one starter then the second round tender is certainly in play, but if you hit on a young quarterback, a small raise is no issue for a team to factor in.
