According to Maxime Aubin of L'Equipe, Wembanyama is set to suit up for France in the upcoming FIBA World Cup 2027 Qualifiers in August.
Per reports, he has already started his conditioning work with trainer Guillaume Alquier in order to prepare for the window and next season.
While the Spurs center was absent from the previous windows, France managed to capture a solid 5-1 record in the first stage of the Qualifiers. They are now set to host Slovenia on August 27 and face Sweden on the road on August 30 in the new Group L.
