LAS VEGAS—Jamarion Sharp knows his strengths and acknowledges his limitations, fully aware that the former will get him noticed and the latter has to improve if he wants to become an NBA player.

The seven-foot-five Sharp is toiling through the Summer League here for the Raptors after playing the California Classic with the Sacramento Kings, searching for that elusive mix of size and athleticism, shot-blocking and shotmaking that he knows is his ticket to constant employment at the highest level.
