Speaking about what he would look for in his next team, James said he wanted to join an organization that shared his championship mindset and trusted the process of building toward success.
"I want to join a franchise that kind of shares the same model as myself, and that's like practicing championship habits every day," James said.
"But trust in the process more than anything. I think you trust the process of actually getting to that point."
