The Green Bay Packers, in collaboration with Equip Sport and NFL Germany, are helping make American football accessible to everyone by introducing 12 Packers-branded Equip Sport stations across Munich.
The Equip stations offer lockers of sports equipment in public parks and recreational spaces, providing free access to flag football gear and other items and allowing for low-barrier access to encourage people to try and enjoy flag football. The Packers’ involvement in the branded stations is part of the club’s engagement in Germany through the NFL Global Markets Program.
For the Packers, the initiative reflects an organizational philosophy that extends beyond wins and losses.
