The Baltimore Ravens are going into the 2026 season once again expecting t0 compete for a Super Bowl. Even with new head coach Jesse Minter, fans expect a deep post-season run with Lamar Jackson and Derek Henry on offense.
Now, the team has added yet another experienced veteran to their offense.

Baltimore Ravens Add Long-Time Starter To Offense
The Baltimore Ravens have signed former Cleveland Browns center Ethan Pocic to a one-year contract, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the deal has a maximum value of $4.5M.
As a result of Tyler Linderbaum’s signing with the Las Vegas Raiders, Pocic will have a real chance to replace him at center.
Pocic, 30, became a free agent after his contract voided on March 15.
He made 57 starts for the Browns over the past four seasons but sustained a season-ending Achilles tear in Week 13 of the 2025 season.
Pocic was cleared this summer to participate in training camp with one source telling Schefter that he is “full go.”

According to the pass block win rate, he ranked 26th out of 31 qualifying centers, and according to the run block win rate, he ranked 11th out of 32 qualifying centers.
In 2017, Pocic was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the second round (No. 58 overall). He signed a one-year contract with the Browns before the 2022 season. In March 2023, he signed a three-year, $18 million contract.
