Arsenal are lining up an offer for RB Leipzig winger Antonio Nusa, according to reports in the Portuguese media.
Newspaper Record claim that the Gunners “want” the Norwegian international to strengthen their options on the left wing.
The Premier League champions are about to secure the signature of Club Brugge’s Christos Tzolis, but it looks like they are after another wide player.
Record say that Nusa could be the subject of an offer worth €40m (£34m) from the London club, but it would fall well below Leipzig’s asking price, which currently stands at €60m (£51m).
Could Arsenal sign both Tzolis and Nusa?
It seems unlikely that Mikel Arteta’s side would snap up the pair of them, simply because they are also hoping to sign Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa.
Nusa may well have been the alternative to Tzolis, but as the Greek international was available for a lower price, sporting director Andrea Berta probably decided to go with the cheaper option.
With Rogers expected to cost in excess of £100m, they need to retain as much of their transfer budget as possible, so they may not have been prepared to pay a little more for Nusa.

England will fly back to the UK after their bronze medal match against France on Saturday, and it is expected that formal talks with Villa will begin shortly afterwards.
Personal terms with Rogers are believed to be pretty much agreed, with only the finer details still to be sorted out.
Finding an agreement with Villa over the transfer fee remains the biggest obstacle to overcome. They are still aiming for a British record deal worth £130m, and it will be up to Berta to try and negotiate down the price. It remains to be seen if he will be successful.
