Maxx Crosby continues to be involved in trade rumors despite training camp starting soon. The Las Vegas Raiders defensive end made a lot of headlines in March when the team agreed to a trade with the Baltimore Ravens. However, the AFC North franchise backed out of the deal after three days as he reportedly failed his physical.
He remains with the Raiders but could stillbe moved at this stage of the offseason. Crosby has established himself as one of the best pass rushers in the league and is coming off another strong campaign. He recorded 73combined tackles consisting of 28 assisted and 45 solo efforts. The five-time Pro Bowler’s elite skill set could enable a contender to get over the hump and potentially win a Super Bowl.

Raiders Star Maxx Crosby Announces Release Of New Song
Crosby announced on Instagram on Thursday that his new song, “Raider Way,” is now available on all streaming platforms. He posted its music video, where he appeared with other NFL stars and sports celebrities. Shedeur Sanders, Christian McCaffrey, along with Dana White, James Harden and Lonzo Ball, among others, were part of the clip.
The track can be considered his way of showing his allegiance to Las Vegas. However, it could also be interpreted by some as his subtle way of saying goodbye to the city and the franchise.
Crosby’s future with the team is unclear, but for now, he is still a Raider who is expected to participate in training camp. The 28-year-old, along with the other veterans, will report on July 28. Las Vegas will host five open practices, including four at the Intermountain Health Performance Center in Henderson and one at Allegiant Stadium.
The Raiders added quarterbacks Kirk Cousins and Fernando Mendoza via free agency and the draft, respectively. They also signed veteran defenders to boost the unit as they aim to bounce back from a 3-14 season.
