Tony Farmer exposes Matt Miller’s NSFW comment toward Brittany Mahomes
San Francisco 49ers insider Tony Farmer recently pointed out old tweets from ESPN draft analyst Matt Miller on July 17, 2026. The tweets were originally posted in September 2020, and were directed towards Brittany after she commented on her husband Patrick Mahomes’ ranking in the NFL’s top 100 players list.

At the time, Patrick was being ranked No. 4 for the 2019 season, to which Brittany posted with “No, let them keeping ranking him #4 in the league…..we love it.” Miller replied with “To those questioning the reason: She would know.” He also followed up with, “Also f— off.” It seemed that he was suggesting that Brittany was the reason behind Patrick being at No. 4.
Farmer also pointed out other tweets, where Miller seemed to use slang terms to insult others. He wrote, “Im scanning Matt Miller’s X history and I don’t understand how ESPN hired him. Several posts bashing ESPN and lots of unprofessional tweets. Did ESPN do their homework on this guy?”
These tweets have resurfaced as there are ongoing scam allegations against Miller. According to The Athletic, Miller has been accused of stiffing dozens of participants and potentially charities in fantasy football leagues he organized. He has not yet responded to these claims. The draft analyst was also recently involved in a tragic accident.
Matt Miller suffered serious car injury
Miller was also involved in a severe single-vehicle collision on June 17, 2026, in Jasper County, Missouri for which he required amputation and even setup a GoFundMe page. According to his own account as well as local reports, his 2023 Ford Bronco crossed the center line and struck a semi-truck. During the collision, he was ejected from his car. He was then quickly airlifted to Mercy Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Doctors at the hospital then performed an emergency amputation of his left arm to save his life, after he lost a significant amount of blood, as well as additional injuries. He is currently away from ESPN but has expressed his desire to return after recovering.
It remains to be seen what else happens in Matt Miller’s case.
