Good sportsmanship demands that players appreciate the experience, effort, and talent of other athletes before, during, and after games. Doubs showcased a high level of sportsmanship when he admits to fancying the legend’s game. While speaking on Forged in Foxborough, a sports TV program, he spoke about the possibility of teaming with Brown this season at New England.
“It’s been amazing. I love AJ. He’s an amazing football player, but his human acts will inspire off the field. Both on and off the field. It’s something that I look up to deeply. I’ve watched his game, the ins and outs. His physicality, the way he catches the football, his catch radius. The way he runs his routes at his weight, it’s not normal. Again, he’s an amazing person to be around. I’m blessed to be around him.”

Brown registered 78 receptions for 1,003 yards and seven touchdowns with the Eagles in what some consider a subpar season last year. On the other hand, Doubs proved to be a rising star in the league, racking up a career-high 724 yards and six touchdowns on 55 catches.
While Doubs brings in ample ambition, youthful vigor, and Patriots experience, Brown introduces the unique perspective only veterans provide to the roster. Fans understand this and reckon that having Brown and Doubs together could be a tremendous pairing, especially for a Patriots offense looking to take things to another level in 2026.
