At WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event, Danhausen and his “Minihausens” were severely outpowered by The Judgment Day duo of “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh. Moments later, the face-painted popular superstar went back on his scientific mystery box and unleashed National Basketball Association (NBA) star Karl-Anthony Towns as his backup, much to the delight of the New York City crowd.

This happened after Mr. Very Nice, Very Evil put his “black cat” to his cloning machine to upgrade it for a possible surprise for his counterparts. After the “experiment” was completed, Towns came out of the box as the Madison Square Garden came unglued. The 7-foot center marched to the ring with the WWE superstar and immediately delivered chokeslams on McDonagh and Mysterio, who was put through a table.
It allowed Danhausen to hit the Triple D (inverted DDT) on the former WWE World Tag Team champion to score the victory. He and his Minihausens then celebrated with Big KAT after the no-disqualification bout.

Karl-Anthony Towns first appeared at Fanatics Fest weekend to continue celebrating the New York Knicks’ NBA championship and was involved in some WWE-related activities. He even became the peacemaker to the Tom Brady-Logan Paul scuffle last Friday in the same event.
Before taking part in the sports entertainment extravaganza, Towns is known as the starting center for the Knicks who won the NBA championship against the San Antonio Spurs. Despite struggling offensively, he managed to play lockdown defense on the Spurs’ versatile French giant, Victor Wembanyama, in the 2026 NBA Finals, which they won in five grueling, close games (4-1).
Aside from playing within the shaded lane, Big KAT’s most significant asset of his game is his three-point shooting which is a crucial part of the Knicks’ offense. He shot 36.8% during the 2025-26 regular season and upped it in the postseason (2026 playoffs) by converting 45.6%, although it was because of few attempts.
Furthermore, Towns also played for the Minnesota Timberwolves, who selected him as the first overall pick of the 2015 NBA Draft. He was traded to the Big Apple in 2024 after a nine-year stint in the Twin Cities in a package headlined by Julius Randle and Donte DiVincenzo.
