NFL free agent market still has big names if Browns want to add before training camp

What if GM Andrew Berry and HC Todd Monken decide that the team needs to add some veteran talent to help the roster in 2026? NFL free agency has been going on for months, but really never ends. There are a lot of interesting, big names still available to be signed if Berry and Monken want to try to infuse experience into a young roster:

RB Nick Chubb

WR Stefon Diggs

DE Joey Bosa

WR Deebo Samuel

OL Kevin Zeitler

TE Jonnu Smith

OL Mekhi Becton

DE Jadeveon Clowney (highly doubtful)

LB Bobby Wagner

DE Haason Reddick

RB Najee Harris

WR DeAndre Hopkins

WR Tyreek Hill

CB Trevon Diggs

With the departure of Myles Garrett, Bosa and Reddick could get the most interest from the Browns. The remade offensive line still needs to put together who will play center and right guard, which could open up a return for Zeitler, while Wagner’s leadership and experience could be helpful on the defensive side of the ball.

Given the young talent at wide receiver, it seems unlikely one of the big veteran names on the list will be added, but Berry and Monken could see a need after offseason activities.

For Cleveland to add a big-name veteran in free agency at the start of training camp, one of three things would likely be true:

A major injury

Young player(s) are not ready to contribute

GM and HC believe the roster is ready to compete for the AFC North this year

Two of the three would be negative reasons, but the third would be very positive.

Of the names listed above, which one do you think the Browns should sign? Do you think Berry should be looking for additional veterans or stick with the young roster?
