The Warriors concluded their tournament with a 5-1 record as the last team standing in Las Vegas.
Yaxel Lendeborg led the way for the Dubs with 21 points, 10 boards, two assists, and two steals across 32 minutes en route to being named the NBA Summer League Championship MVP.
The Michigan sensation's clutch 3-Pointer entering the final two minutes of the title game put Golden State in front and to an eventual championship win after trailing by 10 heading to the fourth quarter.
Deivon Smith added 21 off the bench for the Warriors, while LJ Cryer chipped in 15 points.
Both Cameron Boozer and Cedric Coward had 19 points each, as the Grizzlies fumbled their opportunity to tie the game down three after Olivier-Maxence Prosper threw an inbound pass too far to catch for the reigning No. 3 pick with 7.9 seconds left.
With this year's final round win, the Warriors have clinched their first Summer League title in franchise history for the first time since 2013.
