Lennon hints at further deals from Ireland

Neil Lennon reckons Ireland could be a happy transfer hunting ground for Dunfermline.

He's already added Kian Corbally from Ballymena Utd after sanpping up Shea Kearney from Cliftonville last summer.

Lennon brought Callumn Morrison back to Scotland from Linfield in January and has hinted that he'll go shopping across the water again before the window is closed.

Not just Northern Ireland, but the Republic of Ireland is a good market as well,” he told the Courier.Although, players do have a lot of suitors over there from higher echelons in the game than us.We’ve been over looking at players in Dublin and Cork and, obviously, up north as well in the Irish League.Kian’s a player that’s been around a little bit in the League of Ireland and had a really good year at Ballymena.

EXCLUSIVE! Just set for record breaking Swansea deal

Elijah Just of Motherwell celebrates after scoring from the penalty spot to give Motherwell a 1-0 lead.

Motherwell have agreed a club record deal to sell World Cup star Elijah Just to Swansea City.

Record Sport understands the Steelmen have thrashed out a multi-million deal, with add-ons, that will eclipse Scotland international Lennon Miller's sale to Udinese last summer

The Fir Park side got a deal for Miller than was potentially worth over £5million but this deal for Just will be even bigger.

Welsh sources have confirmed that the deal is expected to be finalised in the next 48 hours, subject to a medical and the player agreeing to terms.

The New Zealand international has been given permission to travel south to finalise his move to the Welsh side.

EXCLUSIVE! Dragojevic on Rangers fast track

Vanja Dragojevic of Partizan in action against Tomas Handel of Crvena Zvezda

Rangers are working through the final details of their £4.6million swoop for Vanja Dragojevic as they rush to get the Partizan Belgrade skipper signed up in time for Wednesday’s St-Etienne clash.

But reports suggesting Gers have stepped up their move for Tromso star Jens Hjerto-Dahl are FALSE.

Record Sport broke the news on Thursday afternoon that while Ibrox bosses had agreement for Dragojevic in place, their hopes of landing the Norwegian Under-21 playmaker Hjerto-Dahl were fading amid competition from Cardiff.

A story then emerged online 24 hours later claiming Rangers and Tromso had shaken hands on the terms of £6.6million package.

But sources close to Hjerto-Dahl have dismissed these reports, insisting Rangers have yet to reach the Arctic outfit’s asking price.

The latest developments will come as a bitter blow to the Ibrox faithful.
