Many sports fans spend even the early stages of July starting to raise their excitement levels for the NFL season ahead.
But this year, the World Cup came to North America, and it captured as much attention as it ever had. Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and the Spanish champions all had plenty of eyes watching them.
Now, though, the World Cup is over. Spain topped Argentina in extra time on Sunday.
As of Monday, fans who may have put off their NFL wondering and worrying for a few weeks can really get into it.
And for Bills Mafia, that means thinking about Keon Coleman.

Coleman is the enigmatic third-year wide receiver that Buffalo needs to finally put it together, or else.
“For me, it’s make it or break it," Coleman said earlier this year. "You’re s–––, you might not be here. Simple as that.”
His first year was inconsistent. His second year included benchings for being late to meetings.
Coleman's third year can either be a breakout, or it can be the end of his story in Buffalo.
"Bills owner Terry Pegula put a bull’s-eye on the receiver’s back, asserting football boss Brandon Beane didn’t want to draft Coleman 33rd overall in 2024 (one spot ahead of Ladd McConkey, the Chargers’ leading receiver since he turned pro)," The Athletic's Tim Graham wrote on Monday. "The Bills have spent six months trying to patch up Pegula’s gaffe by pumping Coleman’s tires. But the harsh truth is that Coleman has a reputation to overcome. He has been disciplined multiple times for tardiness, was a healthy scratch four times last year and has averaged just 2.6 receptions for 36.9 yards with eight TDs in 26 career games."

There's a lot that's pretty stable with the Bills, but there's plenty of intrigue around upcoming training camp and preseason action, too.
The coaching staff is new, or at least promoted in the case of head coach Joe Brady.
The wide receiver group added DJ Moore and has a lot to still shake out as far as the depth chart.
And garnering plenty of attention now, at least in Western New York, will be Coleman. It's up to him at this point to prove he belongs.
