Ticket Application Window information for members

From the official Chelsea FC website:

The club is pleased to confirm details of the first Ticket Application Window for the 2026/27 season.

As previously announced, home tickets for members for men’s team matches will now be allocated through a new application process. For each home match, eligible members will have a designated application window during which they can apply for tickets. Applications can be made individually or as a group, provided all members of the group are eligible to apply during that window.

This new process has been introduced to help the club further tackle ticket touting, reduce the risk of bot activity, and address some of the supporter feedback on the previous sales system. It is designed to simplify the ticket purchase process, provide greater flexibility for supporters and improve system reliability during periods of high demand.

The Ticket Application Window for the fixture against Brighton & Hove Albion will open to official members on Thursday 23 July and close on Friday 31 July.

The Ticket Application Window for supporters who require accessible tickets will open on Monday 3 August and close on Friday 7 August.

The club is opening an extended window for the first game to ensure supporters have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the process and ask any questions they may have.

Eligible members can submit their application at any time during the window. Applying earlier does not increase the likelihood of success, giving supporters greater flexibility to apply at a time that suits them.

To be successful in this Ticket Application Window, supporters will require a minimum number of loyalty points, based on loyalty points earned during the 2025/26 season. The required threshold will be confirmed in the sales information.

A step-by-step guide on how to apply will be published next week to support fans through the process.

Full ticket sales information for the Brighton fixture will be announced on Tuesday 21 July.
