2026 NFL Top 100: Las Vegas Raiders Star Falls 36 Spots

The 2026 NFL Top 100 continues to showcase where some of the elite players are ranked compared to one another. The Las Vegas Raiders had a brutal season, finishing with the worst record in the league, but they still have some amazing talent throughout the offense. One of the key players of the offense was recently named to the 2026 NFL Top 100 list. Let’s take a closer look at who it is and why they fell a massive number of spots compared to last year’s list.

The 2026 NFL Top 100 has been lacking some elite tight end talent. Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers has been named to the list at the 60th spot, dropping 36 places from last year. NFL’s Jeremy Bergman wrote the following blurb regarding Bowers’ being on the list:

“After a historic rookie season, Bowers didn’t quite hit those heights in a sophomore effort curtailed from the start by knee troubles. But the dynamic tight end still made a second consecutive Pro Bowl team and had breakout moments during a lost campaign for him and the Raiders. His standout showing came in his return from injury in Week 9, when he was targeted on more than a third of his 36 routes, hauling in 12 receptions for 127 yards and three scores in a narrow loss to playoff-bound Jacksonville. After a coaching and offensive overhaul, Las Vegas will hope for more of that from Bowers in Year 3 — and potentially a third straight Top 100 ranking.”

In his second NFL season, Bowers still looked like an elite tight end when he was on the field, despite dealing with injuries. He played 12 games (eight starts) in 2025 and recorded 64 receptions on 86 targets for 680 yards (10.6 yards per catch) with seven touchdowns en route to his second Pro Bowl in as many years. The offense had a revamp this offseason as they have new coach Klint Kubiak as well as a new quarterback tandem with Kirk Cousins and first-overall pick Fernando Mendoza.

The 2026 NFL Top 100 is a list consisting of the top players entering the 2026 season. This list is voted on by the players during the previous season and gives insight as to where they rank their peers. Each weekday, two players are revealed on X at 10 and 11 am ET, and will do so until we reach 10 players remaining. At that point, only one name will be announced each weekday until all 100 names on the 2026 NFL Top 100 list are revealed on Friday, Sept. 4. It will be intriguing to see how many tight ends rank ahead of Bowers on this list.
